Commercial Driver's License (CDL) DUI
Our law firm will protect your rights - and your career
Being charged with driving under the influence (DUI) can have huge consequences, not just in the legal system, but also for your career. No one knows that more acutely than commercial drivers. If you're convicted of DUI, you could lose your driving privileges - and thus, your job. You need CDL DUI defense attorney Charlie Naegle on your side.
Charlie Naegle and his team at Brown, Naegle, Crider & Jensen LLC are dedicated to protecting your legal rights. Charlie has handled many high-stakes DUI cases in Mesa and throughout Arizona, and he'll build you a strong defense.
CDL DUI has stricter rules, tougher penalties
As a commercial driver, you're held to a higher standard than other motorists. In particular, you can be charged with DUI with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.04, compared to 0.08 for private motorists over the age of 21. If you're convicted of DUI, your CDL may be suspended for at least 12 months, and multiple convictions could cause you to lose your license permanently.
